Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We want you to love your beauty essentials, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at info@glamourgostore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank before contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
